At iPhone iCare, we aim to provide high-quality repair services, accessories, and spare parts. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are handled.


Important Unboxing Requirement

πŸ“Œ Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of receiving the parcel.
This video is mandatory proof and will be required for any replacement, exchange, or refund request.

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


No Refund for Change of Mind

Once an order has been shipped, refunds or cancellations will not be accepted due to:

  • Courier charges being non-refundable

  • Product handling and logistics costs

If you no longer want the product after dispatch, no refund or replacement will be provided.


Replacement / Exchange Policy (Primary Resolution)

Customer satisfaction is important to us. In case of an issue, our first solution will always be replacement or exchange, not refund.

Eligible Scenarios for Replacement / Exchange

You may request a replacement or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • You received a defective or fake product

Refund Policy (Limited Circumstances Only)

Refunds are issued only if replacement or exchange is not possible.

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • We are unable to deliver your order

  • An incorrect or fake item was delivered and replacement is unavailable

  • A defective item cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability

If approved, the refund amount will be processed after deducting shipping charges.


Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • Damage occurred due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • The product has been used

  • Original packaging is missing or damaged

  • The issue is minor and resolvable

  • No issue is found after inspection


Exchange Cost & Price Difference

If you request an exchange:

  • Any price difference between products must be paid by the customer

  • All return shipping and re-shipping charges are borne by the customer

If you do not agree to revised pricing, the exchange request will be automatically cancelled after 3 days.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as β€œFinal Sale” are not eligible for:

  • Refund

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

Normal wear and tear is also not covered.


Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method


Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Repair Service Cancellation
  • Repair service cancellations must be requested before work begins

  • If repair work has already started, cancellation may not be possible
